We all face rejection at some point in our lives— we all fail. But the danger of rejection or failure isn’t necessarily the disappointment that follows, but how we use that disappointment. When you feel rejected or you fail, it is normal to feel unworthy or unaccomplished, like you just don’t measure up. But avoid labeling yourself a failure. Instead, simply accept that you failed, this time. And ask yourself what can I do better, where can I go from here? That’s how you overcome rejection.
